Anonymous FTP

  1. Eng.
    A method for allowing the public to download files using FTP (File Transfer Protocol) so that they don’t have to identify themselves. Usually the username “anonymous” should be used, and either the password is provided by the FTP server, or anything may be used as the password or just blank it out for password field on your ftp program.
  2. Mal. FTP tanpa nama
    Merupakan satu kaedah yang membolehkan orang awam(orang ramai) yang tidak mempunyai pas pada pelayan web tersebut untuk memuat-turun fail dengan menggunakan FTP (Protokol pemindahan fail). Biasanya “nama pengguna” (username) yang harus digunakan ialah anonymous manakala untuk ruagan pada kataluluan sama ada disediakan oleh FTP server atau apa saja boleh digunakan sebagai katalaluan.
